About Us

We are a gathering of God’s people, teaching and receiving grace to grow in His love. We believe in the Great Commission to “Go” and preach the Gospel and win the lost to Jesus Christ. Our purpose in partnership is to corporately harvest souls in our city, state, nation, and world. Our desire is to communicate God’s unconditional love, to give the gospel of peace and grace and to restore value and dignity through God’s divine ability, love and supernatural power. We believe that Eph. 4:11-12 is God’s commission for the five fold ministry.

History

Clifton and Geri were both born and raised in the town of Paoli, Indiana. After being saved and baptized in the Holy Spirit in the 70s, Clifton and Geri began teaching and preaching the Gospel. They founded and pastored The Lighthouse Total Teaching Center (Paoli, Indiana) for seventeen years. (1977 – 1994) They traveled full time from 1994 – 1995.  They were involved in radio and TV ministry, and missions work overseas in 9 nations. They also had a continuous radio broadcast and presently Geri hosts this program, “Oasis of Love” in the Southern Indiana area.
In 1995, they moved to Colorado to accept a teaching position at Andrew Wommack’s Colorado Bible College (now Charis) where they taught evangelism and offered hands on training throughout the United States. Following the teaching position at Colorado Bible College, Clifton and Geri moved back to Indiana and eventually founded Gospel Outreach Church.  During this time they traveled extensively overseas, ministering in Portugal, Ireland, and England.
In 2004, through a series of God ordained circumstances, Clifton and Geri answered the call to Southeast Missouri, without knowing a single person here. Through a connection with a mutual friend, they came to Christian Life Church and pastored for 2 and a half years.  Feeling the strong need to pastor a church whose foundation was the “Grace Message”, Clifton and Geri started Grace Family Outreach Church (Park hills, MO) in 2006. During their teaching and preaching ministry, the Coulters have been spreading the “Grace Message” throughout the United States and around the world. They will celebrate 35 years of full time ministry, and 44 years of marriage this year. The Coulters have four children and 12 grandchildren.
